In order to return the purchased ticket, you should contact the organizers directly. The event organizer ticket return is carried out according to its ticket policy.

Eventon acts as a broker. The responsibility for the event and its quality assumes the event organizer. In the case of a cash return, the decision is taken by the organizer.
Can companies buy tickets?
Yes, tickets can be bought by legal persons. The ticket purchaser must indicate that the invoice will be required and enter the company’s details.
